February 15, 2017 at 1:02 PM, I submitted a payment that was intended to be in the amount of $5,922.00 for a photobooth. However the card declined because I used the wrong card for the purchase. Against my knowledge, this company kept trying to charge various amounts to the card until they successfully charged $1000.00. When I spoke to Kristen that day , I informed her that I did not intend to use that card for the purchase which was why it declined. However, I left it alone. I was not given the opportunity to rectify the issue on my own and use the appropriate card. I should have suspected shady business from this day. On February 17, 2017 at 12:43PM, the final payment was submitted on two different cards with three different transactions. On February 17, 2017 at 1:26 PM, I texted Kristen and Kevin asking to cancel my purchase and asked for a refund. Kristen said she would inquire about the refund and I haven't heard back from her since. I engaged in back and forth communication with Kevin via text messages about cancellation. Kevin stated that the best he could do was give me a 50 percent refund of the entire purchase. Kevin stated that "as a favor to me" they started the customization of the booth when they received the $1000.00 on February 15, 2017. However, I was and still remain perplexed as to how I am being charged 50 percent when I cancelled an item within an hour. I've asked the company what was done to initiate customization and I have not gotten an answer in regards to this. Kevin stated the photobooth was already packed and ready to shop when I paid, which I found rather odd. A deposit of $3000.00 was required on my invoice in order to initiate anything and I did not insist on an immediate rush for the product. Kevin insisted I take the weekend and reconsider it. However, I insisted on cancelling the purchase. He has been very ambiguous, unethical and unsympathetic in this whole process. After constant back and forth communication via text messages throughout this week. Today, February 23, 2017, Kevin is still insisting that I take 50 percent of the entire purchase because "I agreed to it last Friday." When we have made no such agreement. I have been trying to cancel since February 17, 2017 and Kevin has been trying to prolong and only return 50 percent of my money. Kevin insists it is the company's policy when I have not seen any policy. It is neither listed on the invoice nor on the website. I have been demanding a copy of such since Monday, February 20, 2017 and have yet to receive it. There was no legal basis and ethical or moral reasoning in this company's decision. I feel like I am being swindled and scammed out of $5922.00 with absolutely nothing to show for it. The company appears to lack integrity and sincerity for their consumers. i am still bewildered about this whole thing and confused how someone can operate so unethically. I am insistent on a full refund in the amount of $5922.00.
We can start a year ago when I order the a black booth, They sent me a white one, Three months later I got a damaged Mimi booth I order the Prism. I haven't had any Tec Support in the past six months.
Be careful before doing business I was sold on Tec support 7 days a week. I really like the pics, but I feel like I was lied to.
He is a rude, disrespectful, and doesn't honor his promises. He is never wrong, and Kevin is one of the most difficult people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I bought my booth with a ton of promises of training's that consisted of Kevin flying around on my system, pressing this, and doing that.
Once he was done, I had no clue what to do on my own. It is like he wants to have total control.
Also promised a website that never materialized.
Bad, bad, bad, business!!
Absolute nonsense this client gave us different cards to make up the amount because she didn't have enough credit on one card - you can contact us here at snapflash as we have 100% proof this person if fraudulently lying
AMEN! He is horrible rude and unprofessional...
I second that! Buyer beware, do not do business with this company or Kevin, most unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of doing business with.
Over 5000 booths sold with a 99.9 satisfaction rate - some people you cannot please and some people themselves are rude
Contact us here at snapflash and we will show you none of these two smears are true
Reopen your FB page to take reviews- let's see how "great" your reviews are then. You're a horrible fraud Kevin (which isn't even your real name- Vincent something?) Anyone who wants to buy a Snapflash- DONT.
Join photo booth network on FB and ask about this company.
The BEST thing you'll hear is "eh, it's.... ok"
You control the reviews that go on your site and it is known that you take down any negative review. You took down mine and I have spoken to others. Do not buy from Kevin he is a rude and terrible business man.
I purchased a 2nd booth against my better judgement, Windows and printer not installed. No response to ticker.
Text, email, or call. Customer service or terrible for the price you pay for the booth.
